7. Payment Service Providers

We use the following third-party providers for processing deposits and withdrawals:

FaucetPay

For cryptocurrency payments we use FaucetPay.io. When paying via FaucetPay, your FaucetPay account data (username, payment amount) is transmitted to FaucetPay. Privacy policy: faucetpay.io/privacy.

NOWPayments

For cryptocurrency payments we use NOWPayments (NOWPayments B.V.). Payment amounts and transaction data are transmitted to NOWPayments. Privacy policy: nowpayments.io/privacy.

Bank Transfer

For bank transfers, your account details (name, IBAN) are processed by your bank as part of the payment process. We store the payment reference for allocation purposes.

To prevent click fraud and abuse, we collect IP addresses, user agent data, and click timestamps. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and automatically deleted after 90 days.
