§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the mein-ppc.com platform (hereinafter "Platform"), operated by Lutz Nahrgang, Wiesenweg 3, 8723 Kobenz, Austria. By registering, you accept these terms.

§ 2 Service Description

The Platform is an affiliate and Paid4 network enabling:

• Publishers: Integration of advertising materials and compensation for qualified clicks, leads and sales
• Sponsors/Advertisers: Running campaigns and reaching the publisher network

§ 3 Registration and Account

Use of the Platform requires registration. You agree to provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential. Each person may only create one account.

§ 4 Compensation (Publishers)

Payments are made only for verifiably genuine, non-manipulated actions (clicks, leads, sales). The operator reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud. Payouts occur upon reaching the minimum threshold.

§ 5 User Obligations

• No automated clicks, bots or click fraud
• Advertising materials only on permitted, non-harmful websites
• No misleading representations to end users
• Compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR)

§ 6 Suspension and Termination

The operator may suspend accounts for violations without notice. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.

§ 7 Liability

The operator is not liable for third-party failures or lost earnings due to technical disruptions. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

§ 8 Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to amend these terms with reasonable notice. Users will be informed by email. If you do not object within 14 days, the new terms are considered accepted.

§ 9 Applicable Law

Austrian/German law applies.
